Nyx Steele, the leader of the Fae, is ruthless as he is beautiful, especially when it comes to keeping the humans out of his realm. Their role in slaying his people will never be forgotten, even if they stumble on him in the form of an alluring being like Tessa. No matter how strongly he’s drawn to her, Nyx must never forget what Tessa’s ancestors did to his.

Lost in a land filled with wonder and dangers, Tessa cannot resist her attraction to the enigmatic Nyx. The most breathtaking love she’s ever found may also bring her ultimate ruin and death.

*I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*

We’ve all read books about magical worlds and Fae but what if they really did exist? All her life, Tessa did what she had to do to survive. She was a survivor. No family or friends, she was alone. One day she receives an envelope and her whole world is turned upside down.

What a great story! I finished it in one sitting. It was that good. I liked the author’s twist on the Fae and their wings. The author also transports you to a different world. I imagined lots of greenery, flowers, and sunshine. Loved the story and the characters! This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I was NOT disappointed. I look forward to reading more from her! I give this 5 stars!!
