Desperately Undone by Christine Winston is a beautiful and emotional read. Aubrey has been through hell and back. With the help of her therapist, Aubrey is slowly recovering memories from that dark time. Michael Ryan was a light in an otherwise dark place or was he? Aubrey isn’t entirely sure if he is a good or bad. She begins her journey to find out the truth of what happened to her but soon finds herself in danger….
This is the first book by the author I’ve read and I have to say I truly enjoyed it. She did a fantastic job in developing these characters and the story line was so good. I do like that this story is different from the norm. This book is about finding courage and not letting your past get in the way of your future. I hear there is a second book and I can’t wait to read it!! I highly recommend this book to anyone that likes romance with a twist. You will not be disappointed! I give this 5 stars
