My name is Laura and welcome to my blog! On the Venn diagram of life I’m firmly rooted in the tiny spot where beauty, books, and an obsessive love for the 80s intersect. Okay, so I’m nerdy, but I’m pretty cool too, if I do say so myself. I’m an Aveda beauty school graduate and I’m all about the makeup. Always.

I’ve also been heavily involved in indie author marketing and promotion for several years, under both The Literary Vixen (which I founded). Basically, when it comes to marketing, I’ve got you covered. I also offer PA/VA services.
